Manufacturing Process

Before comparing the CPU section, first, compare the manufacturing process of Exynos 9611 and Snapdragon 665. Here the newer Exynos 9611 is fabricated on the 10nm manufacturing process while Snapdragon 665 uses the 11nm manufacturing process. They have a difference of 1nm which makes Exynos 9611 a slightly power-efficient chipset. It will consume less power than Snapdragon 665.

Camera

Looking at the camera department, here Snapdragon 665 got the Spectra 165 image signal processor – a 14 Bit Dual-ISP which can support a dual camera up to 16MP with MFNR & ZSL at 30fps, single camera up to 25MP with MFNR & ZSL at 30fps and up to 48MP without MFNR & ZSL.

At the same time, Exynos 9611 has improvements here over Exynos 9610. It brings support for a single camera for 24MP(up to 64MP) and dual camera up to 16MP + 16MP.

RAM and Storage

Here the newer Exynos 9611 supports the same RAM as Exynos 9610 which is LPDDR4X up to 8GB clocked at 1800MHz. It has support for storage types of eMMC 5.1 and UFS 2.1.
At the same time Snapdragon 665 has support for 16 Bit, Dual-Channel LPDDR4X RAM up to 8GB operating at up to 1866MHz and eMMC 5.1, UFS 2.1 based storage.

Display

In the display section, Exynos 9611 also has the same displays support as Exynos 9610 which is WQXGA(2560×1600) while Snapdragon 665 supports up to FHD+(2520×1080) displays and Up to 1080p external displays.

Here Snapdragon 665 features the Snapdragon X12 LTE modem which can provide a downloading speed of up to 600Mbps using LTE Cat.12 and an uploading speed of up to 150Mbps using LTE Cat.13. It also includes other features such as Dual-band WiFi, Dual 4G VoLTE, VoWiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, GPS, FM Radio, USB 3.1 and Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 technology for fast charging.
