Exynos 9611 vs Snapdragon 710 CPU and GPU
First of all, let’s talk about the CPU section of both SoCs, here both have a 64 Bit Octa-Core CPU. Speaking of the newer Exynos 9611, it has the same CPU as Exynos 9610. It contains 4 ARM Cortex-A73 Big Cores clocked at 2.30GHz and 4 Cortex-A53 Small Cores running at up to 1.70GHz clock speed.
While on the other side, Snapdragon 710 has the Kryo 360 CPU which houses 2 clusters of cores – high-performance cores and high-efficiency cores. The high-performance core group includes 2 ARM Cortex-A75 Gold Cores clocked at 2.20GHz and the other one high-efficiency core group contains 6 Cortex-A55 Silver Cores operating at up to 1.70GHz clock speed. Here Snapdragon 710 has improved CPU compared to Exynos 9611, it has better CPU cores with almost same clock speed. There is a difference of only 100MHz.

Comparing their GPU section, here Snapdragon 710 contains the Adreno 616 GPU operating at up to 500MHz. While on the other side, the newer Exynos 9611 integrates the Mali-G72 MP3 GPU which is improved over the GPU of Exynos 9610 but not over Adreno 616 present on Snapdragon 710.
So in the case of GPU, also Snapdragon 710 is a better chipset than Exynos 9611.

Moving to the camera department, here the new Exynos 9611 has support for 24MP(Up to 64MP) single camera sensor and dual camera up to 16MP + 16MP.
While on the other side, Snapdragon 710 has the Qualcomm Spectra 250 image signal processor which is 14 Bit dual ISP and has support for dual-camera up to 20MP at 30fps(MFNR & ZSL) and single camera up to 25MP at 30fps with MFNR & ZSL, up to 48MP with MFNR only and up to 192MP without MFNR & ZSL.
RAM and Storage
Here the Exynos 9611 has support for 16Bit Dual-Channel LPDDR4X RAM up to 8GB clocked at 1800MHz and storage types of UFS 2.1 and eMMC 5.1.
On the other side, Snapdragon 710 supports 16Bit Dual-Channel LPDDR4X RAM up to 8GB clocked at 1866MHz and UFS 2.1 based storage.
In the display section, Exynos 9611 supports WQXGA with a maximum resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels while Snapdragon 710 can support up to Quad HD+ HDR10 displays with a maximum resolution of 3360×1440 pixels.

Here Snapdragon 710 contains the Snapdragon X15 LTE modem which allows it to go up to 800Mbps in downloading using LTE Cat.15 and in uploading up to 150Mbps using LTE Cat.13. Other features like Dual-band WiFi, VoWiFi, Dual 4G VoLTE, GPS, NFC, FM Radio, Bluetooth 5.0, USB 3.1, USB-C and Quick Charge 4 technology are also available in this SoC.
