Start the comparison with MediaTek Helio G90T; it has an eight-core CPU based on 64Bit memory architecture which includes 2 clusters. The first has 2 ARM Cortex-A76 Powerful Cores clocked at 2.05GHz and second contains 6 Cortex-A55 Efficiency Cores that can operate at up to 2GHz.

Coming to the AI Part, the Helio G90T brings improved AI performance. Not only this chipset, but almost all the mid-range chipsets of MediaTek also have excellent AI processing. They easily beat their competitors in the case of AI processing. The Helio G90T has a dedicated APU that is capable of providing an AI performance of up to 1TMACs.

While on the other side, the Kirin 970 incorporates a new Neural Network Processing Unit (NPU) designed for AI acceleration. It also offers excellent AI performance.
