Speaking of Snapdragon 712 chipset, Qualcomm’s 3rd generation multi-core Qualcomm AI Engine delivers it up to 2x overall improvement for mobile AI applications. It has Hexagon 685DSP which gives it every AI feature.
On other side, speaking of Snapdragon 675 chipset, it also has Hexagon 685DSP to perform same as Snapdragon 712.

Speaking of Snapdragon 712 chipset it has Spectra 250 Image Signal Processor. It is a 14-bit Dual ISP that supports up to 16MP dual camera at 30fps with MFNR and ZSL, up to 32MP single camera at 30fps with MFNR and ZSL and 48MP with MFNR too.
At the same time the Snapdragon 675 chipset has Spectra 250L Image Signal Processor. About the ‘L’ word the company has not explained anything. The Snapdragon 675 chipset can support dual camera up to 16MP and single camera up to 25MP. If you can compromise with the ZSL (Zero Shutter Lag) then the chipset can support up to 48MP camera and if you can compromise with the ZSL and MFNR (Multi-Frame Noice Reduction) then it can support up to 192MP camera.

In terms of RAM both chipsets support up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM at 1866Mhz. In case of storage they support UFS 2.1 type storage.
Snapdragon 712 vs Snapdragon 675 Connectivity Features
Connectivity wise the Snapdragon 712 chipset has X15 LTE modem which gives download speed of up to 800Mbps using LTE Cat.15 and upload speed of up to 150Mbps with the help of LTE Cat.13. While the Snapdragon 675 chipset has Qualcomm X12 LTE Modem which provides a download speed of up to 600Mbps using Cat.12 and a upload speed of up to 150Mbps using LTE Cat.13. Other connectivity features of both chipsets like Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC are same.
