Samsung has officially lauched its Samsung Galaxy M40. The price of Samsung Galaxy M40 is Rs. 19,990. At a price of Rs. 19,990 the Samsung Galaxy M40 features a full HD plus infinity O display, triple rear camera and Snapdragon 675 SoC as well as 6GB RAM with 128GB storage. Samsung Galaxy M40 vs Redmi Note 7 Pro – Display and Design

First of all talk about the display of Samsung Galaxy M40, it features a 6.3 inch Full HD plus LCD infinity O display display. For speed and multitasking the Galaxy M40 has 4GB and 6GB RAM options with 64GB and 128GB storage. Its storage can be expanded up to 1TB with the help of microSD card.

To powering the phone the company has provided a 3,500 mAh battery in Samsung Galaxy M40 with 15W fast charger in the box. It has a USB Type-C port to charge its battery and data transfer.

In terms of performance the Redmi Note 7 Pro performs better because of bigger battery of 4,000 mAh and the RAM management is better of MIUI. Other features of both phones are almost same.

Camera Specifications

Talking about the camera of Samsung Galaxy M40, it features a triple rea camera setup on the back panel with LED flash. Its primary sensor is 32MP which has an aperture of f/1.7, while the second is an 8MP ultra-wide lens which has an aperture of f/2.2 and the third is a 5MP depth sensor with f/2.2 aperture. For selfies and video calling the Samsung Galaxy M40 features a 16MP selfie shooter on the front panel which has an aperture of f/2.0.

On other hand the Redmi Note 7 Pro features a dual rear camera setup on the back panel with LED flash. Its primary sensor is 48MP which has an aperture of f/1.8 while the second is a 5MP depth sensor. The price of Redmi Note 7 Pro 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant is Rs. 13,999 while its 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant costs Rs. 16,999.

The Samsung Galaxy M40 is aprox Rs. 4,000 expansive than Redmi Note 7 Pro.

By giving Rs. 4,000 extra you’ll get a punch-hole infinity O display and triple rear camera and a better selfie camera in the Galaxy M40.
