Vivo U10 Pros or Advantages –
- Latest OS
- Rear Camera
- Selfie Camera
- Fast Charging
The first advantage of Vivo U10 is its display. Although it has an HD+ display but it will not create any problem for you and you will not able to recognize that it has an HD+ display. It has a waterdrop notch and thin bezels which looks very good. The brightness of the display is also very good.
Its second advantage is the latest OS. The new Vivo U10 runs on the company’s UI FunTouch OS 9.1 which is based on Android 9 Pie. It is also an advantage of Vivo U10.
The Vivo U10 brings two variants of storage 32GB and 64GB to store photos, music, videos, and other files. It also has a dedicated microSD card slot which enables you to use a microSD card along with dual nano SIMs which is another advantage of Vivo U10.
The Vivo U10 brings a triple rear camera setup at a starting price of Rs. 8,999. Its rear camera includes a 13MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide angle secondary sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor for bokeh effects.
Speaking of another benefit of Vivo U10 which is its selfie camera. It features an 8MP selfie camera inside the notch. With the help of AI, it takes pictures with details.
For power, Vivo U10 packs a 5,000mAh bigger battery which can easily last for more than one day.
Along with the bigger battery, Vivo U10 also features 18W fast charging which quickly charges its big battery. It will not take a long time to charge this battery. To charge its bigger battery the normal charger takes a long time so the company has provided the fast charger in the box.
The processor of Vivo U10 is also an advantage of Vivo U10. It is coupled with Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 octa-core processor which was launched recently. It has 4 Cortex-A73 Cores clocked at 2.0GHz and 4 Cortex-A53 Cores operating at up to 1.80GHz. While for gaming it integrates the Adreno 610 GPU. This GPU is an upgrade over the Adreno 512 GPU of Snapdragon 660 and the GPU is also more efficient than the CPU of Snapdragon 660.
These all are pros of Vivo U10 and now we will tell you about the cons of Vivo U10.
Vivo U10 Cons or Drawbacks –
- Build Quality
- No Wireless Charging
- No Water/Dust Proof
- Display PPI
- No Type-C Port
- No Notification Light
- Weight and Thickness
The first con of Vivo U10 is its build quality. It has a plastic body. Its back panel is also made from plastic. It looks pretty beautiful but plastic will get scratches easily so you have to use back cover to protect it from scratches. It also gets fingerprints easily.
No Wireless Charging
The Vivo U10 doesn’t support wireless charging. Although many phones don’t support wireless charging at this price, because of its low price we can accept this issue.
No Water/Dust Proof
The Vivo U10 is not dustproof of waterproof so it falls in the water then it could be damaged or get water inside it. So you have to use it carefully.
The display PPI is another issue of Vivo U10. It has a waterdrop notch display with very thin bezels but the resolution is a major issue of Vivo U10. It has an HD+ display instead of Full HD+. It seems that the company has done it for cost-cutting.
No Type-C Port
The Vivo U10 has a micro USB port instead of a Type-C port for charging and data transferring. The use of Type-C port is being increased so the company should be provided a Type-C port in this phone instead of MicroUSB port.
No Notification Light
The new Vivo U10 doesn’t feature any notification light like other Vivo phones which another drawback of Vivo U10.
Weight and Thickness
Another disadvantage of Vivo U10 is its weight and thickness. It is heavy and thick too. But it has a 5,000mAh big battery so we can accept it also but it is a detriment of Vivo U10.
These things are the cons of Vivo U10 which you should check before considering this smartphone.
